Tungsten boat can also be called evaporation tungsten boat or coating tungsten boat. It is formed by high temperature stamping of tungsten sheet, including stamping boat and folding boat. It is widely used in vacuum coating industry and shipbuilding industry of sintering furnace or vacuum annealing.

The tungsten boat has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Tungsten boat is widely used in vacuum coating industry such as gold plating, evaporator, kinescope mirror, heating container, electron beam spray painting, household appliances (shell), mobile phones, toys and various decorations, and shipbuilding industry of sintering furnace or vacuum annealing.

In the ideal (vacuum, dry) state, connect the wires at both ends of the tungsten boat and turn on the electricity. Place the low melting point metal in the middle concave place. When the temperature rises to below 2000 ℃, the metal will evaporate into gas and be plated on the surface of the workpiece above.
