Welding requirements of titanium pipe joint

Welding personnel should wear clean work clothes, and there should be no oil contamination. White gauze gloves shall be used for welding gloves, and gloves made of cotton thread and other fabrics are strictly prohibited.

Stainless steel materials shall be used for welding platform layout and wire brush for decontamination of welding area of welded joint. Carbon steel and other contaminated materials are strictly prohibited.

The welding site shall be set indoors or in a special welding workshop as far as possible. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. The environment shall be kept clean and dry. The room temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, and the convection of air shall be strictly controlled.

In order to obtain the ideal welding quality, the end of connecting pipe should be processed into V-groove as far as possible, and the welding area and welding wire surface should be degreased with acetone.
